My 10 year old cousin was complaining about learning cursive and I told her she’d never need it in life. Then I got this card from my mom and thought maybe I’m wrong. Does anyone else still write in cursive??I still write in cursive. It is a result of strict conservative catholic school ,where I’d get lines to write if my cursive wasn’t neat. I have personalized it over the years. I’m always told that I have a ‘feminine and romantic’ handwriting, so I guess it’s not that bad after all.
Hello. I write in cursive as a “result” of a normal, average education anybody else receives too. I did not know until now that anything ELSE would be possible ANYWHERE. And no one of my relatives, friends, or people I even remotely heard about in any other place of the world. Now I KNOW it is possible in ONE country. God bless America.
I wanted to add: I live in Klein Machnow. That’s a small town near Berlin, Germany. A modern country exactly the same as America. And my town is completely average and NOT filled with universities or high gifted people, rather the contrary.
